Our Financial Need
For the 2017-18 fiscal year, we need to raise $150,000 to fund the many things our leaders do for teenagers. (Our "year" runs from October 1 to September 30.) The amount of support we have raised in fiscal year 2017-18 is shown below:

Amount Raised as of 8/7/18 $77,735
Amount Needed by 9/30/18 $72,265

Please know that we strive to be good stewards of the donations we receive. The money we raise is used primarily to fund our programs (including our outreach and discipleship meetings), to subsidize teenagers in going to camp, and to support three paid staff members.

If you appreciate the work we do to impact Asian American teens, would you consider making a donation today? Your gift will make a difference in the lives of Asian American teens. Any gift — no matter what the size — is appreciated.

support our leaders

Every year, we take two busloads of teenagers to an amazing retreat center called Saranac Village in upstate New York. At this camp, many young people learn about Jesus Christ for their first time. It is also a place where students who already call themselves Christians gain a lifechanging appreciation for God and what God has done for them.

One of the reasons Saranac is so special is because of the adult leaders who give up a week of their life to live with and serve the teenagers they bring. They are NOT camp counselors who see their students only for 7 days... No, our leaders go to camp with their young friends, eat, sleep, and spend time with them at Saranac, and then go home with them to help them grow and mature in their faith or continue to answer questions for those who are seeking.

Our adult leaders ar expected to raise a portion of their financial cost of serving in Asian Young Life. This year, we have asked most leaders to raise $500 of their own support.

Would you please help these leaders to fund their cost of doing ministry?

Please click the button below to support the leader of your choice! The leader(s) you choose to support will be notificed of your generosity, and you will receive a tax-deductible receipt directly from Young Life. Thank you!!!

Support Peter Lee
Peter Lee is a former high school student who was actively involved in Asian Young Life when he was a teenager. His involvement in our ministry changed his life. Peter is now a young adult living in Seattle, Washington, and he just went on full-time Young Life staff to change the lives of others.

Peter will serve as a Young Life leader at Newport High School outside of Seattle. Approximately half of the students at the school are Asian Americans, so Peter can potentially expand the work we already do with Asian teens but on the other side of the country! To learn more about Peter and his amazing ministry, please visit his support page.

Peter has to raise $3,000 in monthly support, and he needs people to stand with him as he serves God by ministering to teenagers in Seattle. If you would like to help Peter in this exciting mission, please click the button below. Thank you!
